Last week in North Dakota at SOaRS 2024, Voltitude CEO Paul Stevens joined other innovators and leaders in the stratospheric platforms and services community. We presented the results of our stratospheric research and technology demonstration projects. This included explaining how in-situ weather observation data and forecast services targeting the lower stratosphere, can improve HAPS navigation efficiency and increase operational safety margins. This is particularly relevant during the vulnerable transit to and from the stratosphere and when operating in remote areas beyond line of sight.
